If you do not have access to the internet you can send comments to:
Simon Dunn, The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3C, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN
All representations must be received by 31 December 2020 and MUST quote the appeal reference APP/Z2830/W/20/3256072
All documents can be found on the South Northants planning site South Northamptonshire Council (planning-register.co.uk) (Application reference S/2020/0157/MAO)
Following strongly expressed views at a public meeting last February, Hartwell Parish Council voted to oppose the development and used the services of an experienced planning consultant to make the case. On December 10, 2020 Hartwell Parish Council agreed to object to the appeal and the planning consultant has written a detailed letter on behalf of the Council which will be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate shortly.
