Leisure & Culture
Hartwell is well served by a variety of clubs and societies that provide leisure and cultural activities.
The young people are catered for with the usual Scouts, Beavers and Cubs. Plus a Youth Club for people aged between 10 and 14 that meets once a week during term time.
For those to old to attend the above there's the Hart & Soul Community Choir, the Tuesday Circle and the Women's Institute.
Then, for the green fingered there is the Annual Produce Show, the Allotments and the award winning Pocket Park to get involved with.
Apart from the regular services there are a range of events held at the St John the Baptist church during the year.
There is also The Lounge, 'the Club' and the Rose and Crown public house for those looking for refreshments.
The Lounge and the Community Centre host a range of activities and events during the year.
If you are looking for some exercise then there are George's Health Walks and Summer Strolls to participate in.
